- Customers can return their order within 15 days after an order has been delivered.
- In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
- We request you to shoot an unboxing / unpacking video once you receive your order. This video can be used as proof in case you have received a defective order.
- Defective products cannot be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Support Team. If you have received a defective product, send us the unboxing / unpacking video & product images at [email protected] and we will get back to you.
- In case you receive a defective product, we will arrange for a pick up of the product, after verification by our Customer Support Team.
- All the products made by us pass through several quality checks and are as per the dimensions and descriptions given. No returns will be accepted if the customer orders the product(s) mistakenly. If the customer orders a T-shirt of the wrong size, the customer will have to self-ship the package as follows:
- Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
- PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use Professional Couriers for self-return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as the courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
